Mamibhas Kitchen

Our Story

The kitchen behind the name

Rhutvi Jain, founder of Mamibhas Kitchen

Mamibhas Kitchen started the way most family recipes do — in a home kitchen in Maninagar, Ahmedabad, with Rhutvi Jain cooking the stuffed parathas, rolls and Maggi her own family grew up eating, and deciding the rest of the neighbourhood deserved a taste too.

The name “Mamibhas” is a nod to that home-kitchen feeling — the kind of food a mami (maternal aunt) makes without measuring cups, just instinct, patience, and a tawa that's seen a thousand parathas. That's the experience we've tried to bottle into a delivery box.

There's no dine-in here, no menu card on a table — just a small kitchen in Maninagar making food to order, and getting it to your door while it's still hot.

Home, not a restaurant

No dine-in, no buffet line — just a real home kitchen cooking real home food, one order at a time.

Hygiene first

Every order is prepared in an FSSAI-licensed kitchen (Lic. No. 20725036002810), with the same care we'd want for our own family.

Inclusive by design

A dedicated Jain Special menu — no onion, no garlic — so more people at the table can eat what they love.
